When deciding what package or add-on services to purchase you should take into consideration the size of the property as well as any features you may want to highlight in your listing (pool, Lanai, Golf Course, lake view etc.) as well as any community amenities.

Paying is very easy! Payment is collected once the final photos and/or videos are delivered. Payment is due upon delivery of content unless otherwise arranged.

This will depend on the property listing. I always recommend drone photos to showcase the following features of the property: Acreage (if the home is on a good amount of land) Location (if the home is near the beach, on a waterway, close to local attractions or close to community amenities). Community Amenities (great way to showcase community pools, tennis courts, golf course etc. without capturing the residents using the amenities in the photos). Specific Property Features (new roof, cleared land, landscaping, gardens, secondary property on-site, unique pool etc.)
